Excellent Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

quality furnishingconvenient coffeelovely bathroomuseful balcony
The furnishings and decor was highest quality . I found in-room tea and coffee very convenient. The bathroom was lovely. Blackout curtains ensured I could sleep well. The balcony featured a table and chairs.
I noticed the site still looked like a building site. This was very slightly disappointing.
Facilities
9/10
The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. The spa offers a range of treatments, and guests can book appointments in advance, it seemed very good. Golf carts offer transportation between the Beach House and the Saltmoore House.

a somewhat underwhelming experience

clueless stafffood mess
new year's eve at this place was, shall we say, nice for all the wrong reasons. the staff seemed utterly clueless, especially when it came to navigating between buildings. i swear, they told us our building was being moved... i was like i was abandoned. and the food situation? don't even get me started. sent on a wild goose chase for pizza only to find out they weren't even making any. it was a mess!!!

The staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated the reception staff. The cooked breakfast was good quality. I also found the bed linen to be nice and comfy.
The parking was quite far away. It was a bit inconvenient (especially carrying luggage). The service in the restaurant felt unfriendly. The waitress seemed impatient with our table requests.
