acceptable amenities
cold pool sauna temperature
i stayed in the suite and the room was clean and large enough.
the bar closed before 10am so there was nothing else to do it was Disappointing i would have liked to sit in their lounge and have a few drinks but this wasn't an option. the pool was a bit cold and the sauna could have been hotter i expected more.

Wonderful Cottage Stay!
good value helpful staff wide choice
I found a good value between England and Inverness during my family event. The staff gave me helpful service. The breakfast included a wide choice of items and tasted delicious.
The shower in my room had low water pressure.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
large bath fantastic location
The large bath and shower were a real treat. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to walking paths into town. I found the staff to be friendly and more than pleased to accommodate my needs. The beds were very comfy, ensuring a restful sleep.
I encountered a minor issue as the resort is showing a bit of wear, requiring refurbishment in some areas to maintain a high standard.

Staff members were friendly. They readily worked to ensure guest satisfaction. The chef prepared a special birthday treat without prompting, so I was grateful. They provided helpful tips about the local area.

My room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom. It featured a full-size bath. Fresh towels were delivered daily. I found the beds to be very comfortable.

cottage privacy wildlife view simple check-in poor maintenance deep clean sad pillows
the cottage felt private because the cottages were spaced out. i saw wildlife right from the cottage windows. the online check-in process was easy and simple.
the outside areas looked quite poor and in need of maintenance. the cottage needed a proper deep clean. the pillows felt sad and needed replacement, they were not comfortable at all.

outdated facilities and service issues
bright sign freezing pool
the food in the restaurant was acceptable.
the emergency exit sign in my room was far too bright. it stayed lit all night, disrupting my sleep (i even considered sleeping in the bathroom!). the room needed a proper blackout solution. also, the pool was supposedly 28 degrees, but it felt freezing to me.
