the hotel offered free parking which was very convenient i found the leisure facilities to be a nice addition to my stay. the omelette made to order at breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. the location allowed for a pleasant walk down to broughty ferry.

i noticed the hotel fixtures appear a little dated lacking some investment and upkeep.

julie at reception was very kind. she accommodated our needs for a funeral. the location is nice and the rooms are comfortable. they dealt with our bicycles without any problems.

the bathroom seemed dated. the shower was poor in particular. the shower head itself was broken and the pillows were too hard. i needed an early departure because breakfast didn't begin until 8am on saturday.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel grounds were clean and fresh. I really liked the perfect pool area. The newly decorated room was lovely.

The room temperature was too high. The fan only circulated hot air. It was impossible to relax!
