a decent stay

free parking leisure facilities delicious omelette pleasant walk

the hotel offered free parking which was very convenient i found the leisure facilities to be a nice addition to my stay. the omelette made to order at breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. the location allowed for a pleasant walk down to broughty ferry.

i noticed the hotel fixtures appear a little dated lacking some investment and upkeep.

The room was large and well laid out. It was also very quiet at night. The staff were helpful and kind, which I found wonderful.

The room was quite hot, likely because it was above the swimming pool.

kind reception comfortable rooms

julie at reception was very kind. she accommodated our needs for a funeral. the location is nice and the rooms are comfortable. they dealt with our bicycles without any problems.

the bathroom seemed dated. the shower was poor in particular. the shower head itself was broken and the pillows were too hard. i needed an early departure because breakfast didn't begin until 8am on saturday.
