The room was a good size and quite clean. The shower worked AMAZING!!! I liked the helpful staff. They were very attentive. The bar manager, Alastair, greatly enhanced our experience with his Really good service. I look forward to returning.
There was a small issue with the internet, and I couldn't stream movies.

the staff are very cute and friendly i ate at the restaurant and had the roast dinner the portion size was excellent and the quality and taste of the food was excellent i enjoyed the dining experience. the welcome i received was fantastic all staff were amazing and helpful too.
the pool was unavailable because children swimming lessons were in progress also there were extra costs for jacuzzi use this was disappointing as i had hoped to use the facilities .

i found the staff to be friendly and very helpful . the room was clean, and the bed offered great comfort. i especially liked the outdoor hot tub and the bubbly attitude of the staff member on duty..
the hallway had a noticeable cannabis smell, and it seemed no immediate action was taken to address it. this was quite disappointing for a non-smoking facility.
