mixed feelings regarding this stay

dated decor fire alarm
The room i had felt quite dated. Some areas could definitely use an update. the worst part was the fire alarm. It went off in the middle of the night for three nights in a row. no one apologized or explained what happened until i checked out, which i found unacceptable.

the location provided a personal touch, quite unlike standard chain hotels. staff members were very friendly . the setting of the hotel is in a nice location.
the shower was basic i feel. the tv in the room seemed quite small. i found the light outside the bedroom window cycled on and off throughout the night.

friendly staff spacious room noisy guest subpar breakfast
The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the good-sized room. (It's always a plus to have space to spread out.) The suitcase fold-out support was useful.
The wedding guests were noisy. They kept me awake for a good portion of the night and were making noise outside in the corridor. The breakfast also wasn't great.

The staff demonstrated high levels of attentiveness and friendliness. The room had a comfy bed which allowed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered sufficient variety. The quiet location ensured a restful night. It's very peaceful.
Some aspects of the interior appear slightly dated, especially regarding some of the decor in specific areas.
