Really good Stay
excellent food quick check-in
The Rotary Club function I attended was a great success because of the helpful staff. The General Manager and Restaurant Manager were very professional. The food tasted excellent, and service was faultless.
My room's walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbours talking loudly during one night, it affected my sleep.

The gym has modern and clean equipment, suitable for exercise. The spa created a calm, luxurious atmosphere. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi.

The Double Room included good beds and pillows. The housekeeping team kept the room super clean and refreshed it daily. Every detail in the room was taken care of.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant food was very good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel has a surprise chocolate sauce 'Happy Anniversary' plate.

thin walls broken toaster
The walls are paper thin! i could hear everything. the neighbors were so loud, even their toilet flushing!! secondly, breakfast was a complete disaster. The scrambled eggs tasted like rubber. AND the toaster was broken, so i had to eat cold bread. ugh

the staff was amazing and very friendly! i felt so welcome . the restaurant served very good quality food at reasonable prices. the gym was very modern and clean!!!
i had a noisy room . i could hear guests going down the stairs at 6.30am.

what a gem of a find!
executive suite spacious living room excellent breakfast
i stayed in the executive suite! it was amazing, such a big bedroom and a spacious living room included a tv, fridge, coffee, and tea. jackie at reception is such a sweetheart, and paul, the manager, is a real gentleman, both. the breakfast was excellent! plenty of options were available, and the cappuccino was lovely.
The walls were very thin. I could hear everything!

there is a sauna, steam room, and hot tub available, so many options to relax! the health club allows you to benefit from beauty treatments.

I dined at the newly refurbished restaurant 32a, what an amazing experience! the food was superb, and i would certainly recommend the ham hock. The festive afternoon tea had freshly cooked cakes and scones, also tasty sandwiches.

the staff are attentive. kim was great as a liaison for the preparation! charlie was fab on the night, everything was perfect! nothing was too much trouble, what a relief.

thin walls loud noise
Breakfast included a generous and well-presented selection prepared by professional staff.
Room 53 provided an awful sleep. Neighbours returned at 2 a.m. They had the television on at full volume. They moved furniture and spoke loudly for hours. Walls must be thin as I could hear every word.

cheerful staff good shower gym entry day pass
The staff were all so cheerful and helpful. The food was nice and the shower really good.
The gym was not accessible without being a member. I walked all the way from my house to try it out but i was refused entry. It does not make sense as i wanted to see the facilities before joining
