We had our wedding here this year and it was more than we could have imagined. The food was amazing and delicious. The hotel offered amazing spaces for all ages. The views were fantastic.
The hotel lacks a lift , which can be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

i booked the penina suite and found it beautifully arranged, perfect for a birthday. the food at the party, especially the afternoon tea, was amazing. the staff were helpful and gave us things we forgot.
the hotel was very quiet when i got there, but i'd prefer to have had a quicker check-in process.

the bar space has been redone recently and looks great. the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk). the spa, gym, and swimming pool were all great amenities.
the cleanliness of the bedroom was not acceptable. there were flies in the room even though the windows were closed. the menu for breakfast was limited, and the natural yogurt and fruit platter was not what i expected.

I found the staff to be friendly . The pool was free and provided a nice amenity. The breakfast was great. It was included in the room price. I had gym access too and enjoyed a workout.
The hotel is something of a maze, and I did find the signage was poor.

the wedding day was fantastic the team ensured everything ran smoothly i highly recommend this hotel. the staff arranged a table for us at the restaurant and the food tasted superb. every staff member welcomed us. the food was superb as many guests mentioned it was a magical day thanks to the team.
the spa was full of children during swimming lessons this information was not on their website.

the gym had very good service and excellent equipment standard.
the pool was rented out for swimming lessons for small children. relaxing in the jacuzzi was impossible, as it's next to the pool, so you're facing constant noise and chaos. i really think they need better management.

the wedding venue looked lovely i observed hannah answering questions well. alec ensured everything proceeded without problems i could see. the grounds served as a backdrop for wedding photos. it all seemed seamless.
The tv in a nearby room was too loud at night. It really was bothersome.
