awesome stay! totally worth it!
prime location super clean room fresh orchids
This hotel seriously blew me away! the location is prime. I found it super easy to get around. my room was super clean, and i slept like a baby. breakfast had everything i could dream of. Fresh orchids added a special touch!
The lift seemed a bit slow. It could use some attention. we waited a few times. but that was the only tiny glitch in an otherwise perfect visit.

my king room was spacious and very clean. the bed was ultra comfortable, and the room heating worked perfectly. i really enjoyed the layout. it felt luxurious!

the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel had easy access to cabs and the underground station. it made travel very convenient. the hotel offered superb services.

the breakfast buffet was generous, with a wide variety of dishes available. i found fresh and tasty options. they had lots of choices. the restaurant featured excellent seafood.

The location is perfect. It gives you the feeling of living in the city's most amazing neighborhood. oxford street and hyde park are easy to access. it's a safe area to walk around.

cigarette smoke poor enforcement
the original room reeked of cigarette smoke, clearly coming from another room nearby. they moved me to a different room on another floor, but i could still smell smoke coming from the next room over throughout my entire stay. it seems the no smoking policy isnt enforced very well, or maybe the fine just isnt high enough to deter smokers. this really soured the experience for me.

a charming stay
fresh flowers nespresso machine luxurious bedding
The hotel decor was beautiful, with fresh flowers in the lobby. the room offered a nespresso machine, which i appreciated. the bedding felt luxurious. I slept wonderfully. there were plenty of towels in the bathroom!
the gym was a bit small.

The room featured a spacious layout and a very quiet atmosphere! it also contained a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages. the blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep. I barely noticed any outside light.

faulty air conditioning dirty grout
i had issues . the air conditioning never worked correctly, so my room was always too warm. i complained, but maintenance did not fix it. also, the bathroom looked old. the tile grout was dirty, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere.
