Excellent Stay Near Heathrow

The 4th floor Executive Lounge was particularly inviting with a quiet atmosphere. Afternoon canapés made the evening meal easier after a long day. The Honors welcome and fast check in process went smoothly. Parking on site made flying from Heathrow very simple.
I found that the water in pool could be slightly warmer.
