the staff was friendly and really was superb. the spa treatment was the best massage i ever had. the evening waiting staff were also very lovely.
the room had very poor lighting and a small window. there was no central ceiling light, just lamps. the pillows and beds wasnt very comfortable.

The breakfast had a fantastic choice, providing everything I needed to start my day.
My room's air conditioning was inadequate and struggled to cool the space. The bathroom lacked an extractor fan, so the floor remained wet and slippery after showering. I found it inconvenient.

I enjoyed the super clean rooms . The breakfast buffet WAS excellent, offering a wide variety. The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants and pubs nearby, I especially recommend the ivy.
The air conditioning did not function well in the initial room.
