wonderful stay!
clean sheets helpful staff connecting room
i thought the meals at the restaurant tasted great. the sheets and towels were really clean! the staff was so helpful. i liked the room! it had bunk beds for the kids and two bathrooms.
the pool seemed a bit small for the number of guests.

amazing triathlon stay!
triathlon start secure room leisure area
the hotel is next to the triathlon start. the staff were lovely and were very good. they stored our bikes after checkout and let us shower in the leisure area.

The swimming pool and sauna facilities were included in the room price. This was acceptable.
The hotel website suggested a fine dining experience. This was not delivered. I was shown to a table in a poorly furnished bar area. Dirty furniture and dirty crockery were present

The room was clean. Specifically, the bathroom fixtures shined. the breakfast included a wide selection of both hot and cold items. There was even a choice of pastries! i found the staff to be quite helpful when i asked for directions.
i thought the lift was a bit slow, it took a little while to get to the upper floors.

I found the staff really good and always eager to improve my visit. Their attentiveness stood out. the room was clean, comfortable, and featured an air-conditioning unit. the hotel's proximity to the beach and various restaurants made exploring convenient. breakfast was delicious.
parking spaces were rather limited at the hotel, so planning arrival times carefully is beneficial.

thin towels limited breakfast
My stay had some disappointments. The bathroom needs attention as I noticed some mold. The towels felt thin. The breakfast selection felt limited, and the hot items were often lukewarm. I expected more from this hotel for the price I payed.

the breakfast lady was pleasant and kind..
sheets had stains from previous customers, i went downstairs specifically to ask if the sheets could be changed, however when we came back, they were exactly the same ones as before.
