Khush at the front desk IS awesome. He IS so helpful to everyone and makes it HIS job to help. The breakfast was great and i found a lot of choices. The bar had nice music and a fun atmosphere in the evenings.
The price feels high, especially to use the plunge pools, it was expensive. The room was a little dingy, i think, and the lighting was too low. The TV seemed slow, and i didn't see a lot of options for movies.

The staff were friendly .
I encountered a few problems. My room faced the school, and the windows did not open. This resulted in poor ventilation and a musty smell. I was also surprised by unexpected additional costs for items that I thought were included in my package.

plumbing noisesworn room
the plumbing noises from other rooms kept me awake, and the windows dont block any sounds from the club nearby. getting any sleep was hard because of this. also, the accessible room on the third floor seemed really worn. it had a damp smell and some stains. i expect more.
