A Stay with Minor Downsides

I found the grounds very beautiful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Elemis products were lovely and the towels were soft and fluffy.
Breakfast service was a bit lacking. Some more fresh fruit would have been good. The cooked breakfast was okay but not AMAZING!!!

The breakfast staff were really amazing! they were super helpful. the spa facilities included two saunas. I found them great! i also liked fresh milk provided in rooms for tea and coffee and the comfortable beds were awesome. the outdoor hydro pool made my day. I spent a long time there.
the walls felt very thin and i heard doors open and close through the night.

The beautiful double room included standard amenities. Furniture looked a little worn. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly. the bathroom was a huge space and very clean.

fantastic and relaxing stay
really good treatmentsgreat expertisebathroom panels
I spent two nights there. the treatments from hayley and marie were really good. Their expertise was obvious and i felt great. my dietary needs (gluten-free and vegetarian) were well accommodated for breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea. I made sure to inform them in advance (and they really delivered!).
the room was showing its age, especially the bathroom. i noticed panels were coming apart (a minor but noticeable issue).

the hotel features a well kept spa with a good-sized pool. there is also a hydro pool, steam room, and sauna available for guest use, providing options for relaxation and wellness.
