i found it REALLY annoying i had to change rooms thrice due to the noise. the sound transmission was noticeable, and i heard water running through the walls. the air con unit was TOO loud. this impacted my stay, and not in a good way.

the hotel location is a short walk from buckingham palace. the room design included natural elements. the bar had nice cocktails and the staff seemed attentive. i found the breakfast fresh. the pillows and sheets were cool.

i experienced housekeeping skipping our room one day. someone eventually came to tidy, but barely. this chipped away at the hotel illusion.

My experience seemed like a fairytale. The staff displayed really good kindness. EVERY request seemed effortless. I particularly LOVED the modern decor. Sustainability efforts showed in unique furnishings, architecture.

I noticed some slight noise from the downstairs bar during evening hours. This was a minor distraction.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

The Skyline Junior Suite was great value. The lighting system in the room was easy to manage I liked that. A filtered water tap allowed us to have as much water as we wanted without plastic bottles I really appreciated that. The sliding glass door to the bathroom had a curtain to block light from the bed area it worked very well.

The berry bowl at breakfast was charged separately it was a bit of a surprise.

The staff were helpful upon my arrival. They quickly provided a room since I arrived earlier than expected. I received an upgrade to a room with two adjoining bedrooms with a shared door. This suite included two bathrooms and accommodated our needs very well.
