Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

The Skyline Junior Suite was great value. The lighting system in the room was easy to manage I liked that. A filtered water tap allowed us to have as much water as we wanted without plastic bottles I really appreciated that. The sliding glass door to the bathroom had a curtain to block light from the bed area it worked very well.
The berry bowl at breakfast was charged separately it was a bit of a surprise.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front office to the restaurant team. I definitely recommend this hotel because it makes you feel at home.

The hotel has a perfect location near parks and gardens. Daily walks through Hyde Park and Green Park were easy. It is close to Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace that was amazing.

Breakfast was brought to the room quickly. The Eggs Benedict and pancakes were fresh. Some fresh pressed juices were also available. Everything was tasty and well-prepared I loved it.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

The staff were helpful upon my arrival. They quickly provided a room since I arrived earlier than expected. I received an upgrade to a room with two adjoining bedrooms with a shared door. This suite included two bathrooms and accommodated our needs very well.
I noticed a slight noise from the road outside, though it was minor.

The exercise room features modern equipment. Restaurants offer diverse menus. The hotel provides excellent spaces for both business and leisure travelers. Everything is very clean and well maintained.

The front desk staff offered seamless assistance. The team balanced five-star service with a personal touch (which I value a lot). Every request was met with a genuine, warm, and professional demeanor. The experience was consistently excellent.
