i got an upgraded room. all my requests were met promptly. the staff showed great patience and provided helpful answers to every question i had. the breakfast options impressed me, and i really enjoyed the hotel's facilities. i look forward to returning again.
the room had no third robe and slippers for the third adult. we asked many times before it finally came on the second day.

the room provided a king-sized bed. it also had a city view from its windows. the room included amenities such as a minibar, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen television, all easily accessible. the room included a workspace, really useful.

breakfast included many fresh options on its buffet line. i could also order items from the menu, which i did. the dining area had ample seating and attentive staff. it was a very pleasant experience, we loved the pool. but the breakfast was amazing!

friendly staffexcellent breakfast
I appreciated the staff's friendliness at reception. Daniella greeted me warmly upon my arrival! The breakfast was excellent. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced.
The jacuzzi was not available and on my first night, the sauna's temperature was too low to enjoy. on both days, I noticed the steam room was not cleaned well.

I appreciated the modern and clean room design. The gym offered a wide range of equipment and was open 24 hours. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet that included various choices.
I found the light switches in the room somewhat complicated to operate. The spa's jacuzzi was out of service and the pool felt a bit cold. This impacted my relaxation plans negatively.

the location was good. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i found brown stains on the bath towels two days in a row. they changed the towels for me upon my request. later, because of my son's illness, they changed the room for me as well. they mentioned that they had treated the new room with care so it's as dust free as possible.

I definitely enjoyed the beautiful art throughout the building it was modern. I was happy the luggage handling was prompt. My bags were in my room before check-in. I also appreciate the staff who helped with my luggage to the car for my uber they were attentive.
The plug in the bathroom sink was not working when i checked in. I reported it to reception and they sent someone to look at it while i was out.

The hotel enjoys an EXCELLENT location with easy access to public transport. It is close to both the underground station and bus stops. This makes exploring the surrounding area quite easy for all guests.

My room featured modern decor, a clean bathroom, and glass walls. The room was spacious and provided everything i needed . The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable for a restful night.

The hotel includes a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, and a steam room i loved. The sofa by the swimming pool was very comfortable. The hotel spa creates a soothing atmosphere perfect to unwind.
