i found the reception staff very helpfull. sylvia was especially helpful, and she checked us in quickly. she explained everything about the hotel to us. the staff also helped with parking.

there was no room service at all after a concert. it was hard to find any nearby places open to buy food or drinks

The room was quite spacious. Breakfast had fresh porridge when I asked! I ordered room service for dinner. It arrived quickly. The staff provided a warm welcome .

The hot drinks selection included instant coffee, a nicer option would have improved the room.

Breakfast had many choices. I savored the fresh pastries. the gym included modern equipment. I used the treadmill. friendly staff helped me navigate nearby attractions. they were very kind, it was heartwarming.

My room overlooked a parking area. I wished for a better view. waiting was a bit frustrating. housekeeping sometimes missed restocking coffee. I had to call twice.
