i appreciate the hotel's location. it is close to many attractions. i especially liked the friendly staff. paula, at check-in, gave us the room we wanted. she allowed an early check-in.
the hotel room had mirrors and open concept so the privacy was not great.

THE rooms was very clean, and the bed felt comfortable. Amenities Included slippers and robes, that was a nice touch. i found THE prime location great for accessing theaters and dining.

the location is convenient. it provides easy access to many attractions.
The check-in process was not smooth. there was a delay and some confusion regarding my reservation. the room's design seemed impractical. The sink placement was odd, and the lighting was insufficient for tasks as applying makeup.
