the building has great charm, and i found my bedroom spacious. the staff members i interacted with were helpful and courteous. i was especially happy with the easily accessible parking facilities, a very appreciable detail.
my room had a small issue with the lighting switches, these could use some attention.

the gym and swimming pool were superb. the mattress was really comfortable and i slept soundly at night. i also appreciated the location and the building.
I found the restaurant a little pricey given the quality. i also think tea and coffee should be complimentary (it wouldn't cost them much). the hotel lacks a certain charm that could elevate it. Perhaps some pleasant scents or a warmer welcome would help.
