My Suite had two sinks in the bathroom, very useful. The suite included a spacious living room area, a GREAT asset. The housekeeping service came daily and did a thorough job. The hotel location is close to the St James Park, I loved that proximity.
The television remote was a little difficult to navigate at FIRST.

the staff welcomed my children and me warmly. the valet parking worked efficiently. this was not my first stay, so i knew what to expect regarding the high level of service. the staff took care of everything.
the gym had no pool.
