underwhelming stay
nonfunctional mini bar bathroom outlets
i found a couple of things less than excellent. the lack of a functional mini bar was a letdown. the welcome book promised a fully stocked one, but i learned there wasn't one at all. plus, the bathroom outlets were only suitable for electric shavers. i had trouble using my hair styling tools, a small inconvenience. i think the hotel should ensure amenities are accurate.

scaffolding facade minimal filling
the staff were kind when i checked in. it was quick, and i was given my room keys.
I was pretty let down. When i arrived, the hotel's facade was covered in scaffolding. the food was average. sandwiches had huge slices of bread with very minimal filling. it's odd, they wanted to serve the sandwiches then the cake then scones.

i just adored the afternoon tea , it had delicious sandwiches and cakes. the staff were very attentive , especially bala. she catered to our every need with a warm smile. the scones were also really great.
i was a little disappointed when i arrived , the front of the hotel was covered in scaffolding. i thought the sandwiches were average , they would have been nicer if they were more delicate. there were huge slices of bread with minimal filling.
