charmed stay at amazing venue
excellent staff fantastic selection relaxing sauna fine pool
i had a wonderful time at this hotel the staff was excellent and attentive to every need the breakfast offered a fantastic selection with beautiful views of loch faskally i enjoyed the excellent facilities with the outdoor hot tub and fine indoor pool as well as the relaxing sauna and spa.
the restaurant service felt slightly less polished than expected given the high standards i found in other areas while the food was good the attentiveness could be improved to fully match the really good venue qualities overall i didn't perceive a significant problem.

the castle room included lovely little extras and the room was very clean the decorations were ok and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed in it.

i had dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent plus the breakfast included possible selections matching the israeli taste i experienced a fantastic dinner and an equally excellent breakfast.

the staff was attentive throughout my visit. my room provided many comforts. i enjoyed having both a nespresso coffee maker and charging dock for my phone.
the hotel corridors felt slightly cold.

excellent stay at an amazing hotel
helpful staff amenity kits obvious cleanliness fantastic food
the staff was helpful and efficient. i found plentiful toiletries and amenity kits in the bathrooms. cleanliness was obvious throughout my stay. i enjoyed dinner at sandemans and the food was fantastic.
The spa was a little tired. i found it equally enjoyable.

the hotel has a pool and sauna available for guest use. there were a lot of breakfast options, and all seemed equally delicious. the premises were directly on the water, with easily accessible hiking trails.

Underwhelming Stay. Service and Room Issues Present
faulty shower head slow service
I was pretty frustrated. The shower head in my Woodland Room did not work so I had to use the hand-held shower. This was inconvenient. The bathroom door also had issues as I could not lock it fully. This is annoying in a supposedly nice hotel! The bar lacked staff, and it took a very long time to get a drink. It seemed like the service didn't match the hotel's expensive price tag.

decent stay, some issues
faulty door broken shower
the concierge team was friendly. they offered great service from greeting us at the car.
after using the pool, the shower head did not work. i had to shower with the handheld shower, it was inconvenient. the bathroom door was faulty, so i could not close it fully.
