the receptionist was pleasant. she seemed helpful when i checked in.
the towels were very small. there was very little coffee provided, and not enough milk for even one cup. considering how much i paid, i felt it was stingy.

wow, what a fantastic stay!

the executive suite upgrade was totally worth it! everything felt super clean, and the bathtub was huge! the double shower was also a big plus. the bed was large and very comfortable. we had such a relaxing sleep!
i found the lighting in the room to be a little dim, but it really was a minor thing.

The room was spacious and modern. It was a suite. There was plenty of space available to work and relax.
The breakfast was very poor. I asked what time breakfast was at check-in. I arrived at the said time and there were no eggs or beans, and the bacon was dried. I reported this to staff twice. It took 25 minutes for eggs to come, but nothing else was available

The room was lovely and spacious. I liked the great big bed and the rain shower was an added treat. the bed was so comfy and the decor was lovely! i felt so relaxed and content. The layout of the building kept the rooms away from main corridors.
i found that the receptionist could have been much friendlier, a smile goes a long way. no parking was available on site and we had to park a distance from the hotel
