The rooms were beautifully presented, perfectly clean, and ideally situated. Our king room was spacious with everything needed including a coffee machine. The toiletries were plentiful. Showers are huge and the water pressure was excellent. Bathrobes and slippers added a real treat.

the breakfast was good with a wide selection.
Our allocated session at the swimming pool was disappointing. There were no towels or available loungers when we arrived. there was space for additional beds. A water station closer to the pool would be a welcome addition. this seemed like a letdown, it.

Really good Staff and Beautiful Surroundings

My mother and I enjoyed the golf courses located at the resort. Both were great. The Torrance course was more challenging, while the Kittocks had more holes along the coastline.. plus some shorter par 3s. It was a perfect introduction to links golf for our first experience in Scotland. The valet and concierge staff were great, and the hotel's scale is grand.
The room door was difficult to pull open, and I found the door virtually impossible to open with my right hand.

Breakfast was wonderful. It was located in a nice, open space. The à la carte menu had a nice new touch. the buffet had plenty of hot food. The meat, eggs, and haggis were of excellent quality.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The bathrooms were also spacious and featured large rainfall showers. Low lighting and a calm, peaceful aura filled the hotel in the evenings.

The pool was large and clean, offering comfortable deckchairs and seating. Soft, clean towels were regularly replaced, ensuring a fresh, warm towel was always available. The gym is particularly well equipped.

We received an excellent welcome and check-in. I appreciated that the staff were very helpful and polite at all times. Every morning, Naomi greeted and looked after us to ensure a comfortable dining experience.

The swimming pool was great, and there was a good play area for children. Breakfast had loads of choice too. I ate at the bar and also in the main hotel. Meals were delicious.
I ordered a steak stroganoff sandwich and found a full layer of peppercorns. The room smelled slightly musty, I thought it had a faint smell of cigarettes. There was no body wash in the dispenser.
