the location was acceptable , as it was central to everything i wanted to see.
i had issues with the room service , it was far from prompt. my order was incorrect , and when i requested it fixed , it took an unreasonable amount of time. the staff did not seem particularly concerned about the delay or the error , which was frustrating

noisy room extra charge
the location was prime. it was near the station and in the center.
the room was noisy due to traffic. i understand this may be outside of the hotel's control (what can you do about street noise?), but i did not experience this level of noise at other hotels during my trip. after checking out, i was charged an additional amount. i emailed several times and received no response.
