top quality great quality patronizing tone disrespectful tone
Breakfast was top quality with so much choice and quality exceeded my expectations.
I briefly sat on a couch in the lobby near the bar after a run. A staff member spoke to me in a patronizing tone, saying it was not for play. The staff member implied that I was not a guest.

wide variety steam room
The breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of options. The pool area included a sauna and steam room. Both were clean and well kept (I really enjoyed the sauna).
The lift system was a bit confusing. You must use the key card for it to operate.

a bit underwhelming, you know

cracked jacuzzi constant noise
the room was clean and spacious, i guess.
Honestly, the pool area wasnt great. It was full of hair everywhere, like someones shedding party. and the jacuzzi had cracks all over, it wasn't the luxury experience you expect. the constant noise from machinery on the 19th floor kept me awake, i think.
