fabulous staffperfect dinnernew facilities
i really enjoyed the customer service provided by the staff, they were fabulous. dinner and breakfast were both perfect. i look forward to returning when the new facilities are open.
i found the spa to be slightly overcrowded , a bit less relaxing than i had hoped.

my room was a standard king room and it featured comfortable furnishings and a spacious layout. the room included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily.

The hotel staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness. They addressed all my needs promptly. the reception staff were particularly helpful in providing information and assistance throughout my stay (i really appreciated their knowledge).

The hotel has two restaurants. I had dinner in the main restaurant. the menu offered a variety of options, and the service was efficient. breakfast included a buffet with hot and cold choices.

the staff were helpful and friendly. i loved the large comfortable beds. the situation gave us magnificent views across the clyde. the dining room has a lovely view over the golf course.
the spa facilities required an additional cost.

insufficient soundproofingoutdated equipment
I expected much more from my time here. I must express my discontent with the insufficient soundproofing between rooms. Noise from neighboring guests greatly disturbed my rest. The absence of readily available information regarding nearby dining options proved inconvenient. I found limited choices without prior planning. I had hope to utilize the gym, but outdated equipment there was a disappointment.
