A Stay with Minor Issues

quality fooddelicious dinnergreat serviceoutside unitannoying noiserun-down room
I enjoyed dinners in The Court! The food had top quality. Heather, Taliah, Matt, Tegan and Ellis provided great service. I wish I could eat here forever!
My room felt a bit run down. The noise from an outside unit was annoying. I like silence when sleeping! I couldn't handle more than two nights.

The staff was helpful. amy was especially friendly at check-in, giving recommendations. linda at concierge knew everything about the city, excellent. i also appreciate laura's early-morning enthusiasm at checkout. She made sure i had what i needed for my departure.
i had an issue at checkout. i requested help with luggage, but no one came. a bellhop then blamed others for improperly loading the luggage, it fell on a wet sidewalk. instead of apologizing, he just said 'yeah' when i tipped him. also, they couldn't find a lost glove and were dismissive about it.
