best hotel ever!
warm welcomesuper clean room
the staff greeted me with champagne at check in, that was awesome! the gentleman at the door gave a warm welcome and always greeted me. the staff made sure to get me a table at sushi samba, even though it was fully booked online. the room was super clean with a comfy bed, i loved the robe and slippers!

EVERYTHING was excellent. CHECK-IN was smooth. I even got an upgrade to a beautiful beautiful king suite. I enjoyed the comfy bed AND the perfect coffee and tea facilities.

I found the staff helpful. The hotel decor is modern! and quite gorgeous. I appreciated that the hotel is within walking distance of all city center sites.
My room was small, considering the high price. The toilet and shower enclosures are frosted glass. This provides little privacy! during the night, the light came on automatically.

poor insulationsewage smell
I found a couple of issues . The insulation between the floors seems insufficient. I could hear footsteps from the room above (it sounded like someone was jumping rope). the bathroom had a sewage smell. I suspect the toilet used the same drain pipe as the sink and shower.

modern but not flawless
basic gymweak air conditioninginsufficient soundproofing
the gym had the basics one might need.
The room i got felt smaller than expected. the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough, especially for a building attempting modern design. worst of all, i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. It wasn't exactly the peaceful retreat i anticipated.
