i found the lobby atmosphere pleasing and london style details stood out. the facility had an excellent atmosphere, plenty of space, several restaurants, and the best gym i have experienced. the team seemed passionate about maintaining their work environment and i noticed this consistently.
the room was not as bright as i would have liked and felt somewhat dull. the noise from the ground floor was noticeable, similar to a nightclub atmosphere. finding a taxi or uber was difficult due to street closures in the evening, inconvenient when it rained.

this hotel provides many bars and restaurants, which gives several choices for dining. i noticed the gym area has modern equipment for fitness purposes. the spa looked luxurious offering a serene setting.
