i celebrated a birthday with the 'jazz it up' experience, and it was amazing. the jazz singer had a powerful voice, and the staff remained attentive throughout the night. the staff made a big effort to make my night great.

the spa was fine it was luxurious and thoughtfully designed. the hotel itself IS amazing EVERY detail was carefully considered. there are endless dining options and bars ALL with its own unique atmosphere.
my room was a little dark i think it needs more light

The staff were very attentive. I loved the various restaurants and bars on the hotel. the room was clean and quiet, contributing to a relaxing experience. the daily entertainment was excellent. The main lobby ambience rivals any top hotel.
the tv casting in the room did not work, and some bedside switches were broken! i ended up unplugging the lamps as a workaround.

the room had lovely toiletries and a well stocked mini bar. the christmas tree near the lobby was beautiful. i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the atmosphere was great and the whole experience met my expectations.
I found that water in the room was charging for this. The price felt high enough without extra charges.

the atmosphere in the lobby had a vibe.
The tv casting in the room didn't work. a couple of bedside switches were broken. I had to unplug the lamps. there wasn't a proper table for two, so i ended up using trays on the sofa. the spa staff were brusque, entering the sauna without knocking to tell us it was closing soon.

i found the lobby atmosphere pleasing and london style details stood out. the facility had an excellent atmosphere, plenty of space, several restaurants, and the best gym i have experienced. the team seemed passionate about maintaining their work environment and i noticed this consistently.
the room was not as bright as i would have liked and felt somewhat dull. the noise from the ground floor was noticeable, similar to a nightclub atmosphere. finding a taxi or uber was difficult due to street closures in the evening, inconvenient when it rained.
