The hotel staff was very kind! Dula and Chencho were helpful. I am delighted by their service and efforts.
The radiator in my bathroom was left on high! I could not turn it off. I had to call the inhouse technician. Water always seemed to flow out from the shower. I have experienced this in every room. The breakfast was awful due to a strong chemical smell. I think it was from the crockery.
