clean room lovely view soothing atmosphere cold room heating problem slamming doors

The spa facilities was amazing. My room was very clean and had a lovely view. I appreciate the staff being kind and polite with a soothing atmosphere. The location was near the shopping area and many other things.

The room was too cold. I had to call maintenance on two nights so they could fix the problem because the heating didn't work. There were guests who slammed doors constantly for two hours every night. The guests were talking and laughing outside our rooms.

ineffective air conditioning slow service

the location suited my needs perfectly since it was close to the river boat.

the air conditioning barely worked in my room so i was warm most of the time. there weren't any tea or coffee facilities available so i had to call down for that. waiting 45 minutes for breakfast seemed excessive so i took it to go.
