The staff were very good. It ensured my stay was perfect. i received a complimentary upgrade to a riverside room for my birthday, and the view was fine. the staff showered me with complimentary champagne and birthday cake. the treatments i had were really good and i highly recommend it.

the TEA bags, you see, they were rationed. rationing tea bags ISN'T really inline with how fancy they THINK they are. my room was a bit naff to be fair.
