the room was small. there weren't proper windows for nearly £200 a night, i expect more. the arrival staff didn't seems really helpful or anything. i learned after that room wasn't even the upgraded one. it just didn't feel great.

The restaurant provided very good food, also room service was efficient. The room, an Executive Double Room, included a very comfy bed! I did not want to leave it in the morning. Joshy, our waiter during the evening meal, provided fabulous service.

The minibar was not restocked daily.
