I found the ground floor room very convenient. It had easy access to the spa, and I enjoyed a treatment. The food options at the bar were good! The location was indeed a short, pleasant walk to the main areas.
The room lacked some expected amenities though the bed was indeed comfortable.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free water was provided in the room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.
The staff was not friendly at all. I arrived late due to flight delays and the reception staff were not cute. Over the four days of my stay the reception staff never greeted me, and they maintained a stone-faced demeanor. I did not feel welcome.

The check-in process was slow. It took longer than expected. I found only instant coffee available. A real coffee machine would have been better. The walls seemed quite thin. I heard noises from other rooms which was quite annoying.

The room overlooked an inner courtyard. It felt quite closed in and dimly lit. i found the air conditioning rather ineffective, despite setting it to a low temperature. the bathroom lacked an extractor fan and this caused condensation after showering. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the bed was super comfortable and the staff were friendly. the rooftop pool and bar were a total lifesaver especially with the weather i can't imagine not having them. i didn't expect such a great place but it totally was great with cleanliness and location.
design could use improvement like the bathroom door which is clunky and made of glass it opens oddly. the towels hung above the toilet i found it unusual. the shower floor was flat without barrier so water went everywhere no matter how careful i was
