The room was super clean. The staff were very polite and attentive. I could see a beautiful city view from my room on the 32nd floor! I was upgraded to a cool and modern junior suite.

The pool has an extra fee of €25 per use.

Breakfast happened on the 34th floor. The views are amazing from up there. I found the food pretty good and the service was attentive. The bar is up on the 37th floor and fantastic too.

The hotel has an excellent location. It only takes about 15 to 25 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel is also near many of the main city attractions. I could walk everywhere.

the room was clean (i guess that's the bare minimum), and i could see pretty far.

The air conditioning barely worked. I reported it, but nothing changed. honestly, i think they just pretended to send someone to fix it. It reminded me of a total waste of time and money. i feel like i was tricked into paying for a 5-star hotel experience that was more like a sweaty 2-star sauna. there was an eco-certified energy saving ac system, but it felt more like torture than a perk.

The room had a great view and was well appointed.

The air conditioning kept turning off and gave error messages. It did NOT really work. It was a very hot time, and I barely got any sleep. Apparently, this IS an "eco-certified" hotel with some energy-saving AC system.
