the room cleaning was consistent throughout my stay. the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. i found a supermarket conveniently across the street.
The check-in process was very slow. It took a long time.

i booked a comfort double room. the room had tea and coffee facilities. it had a fridge with drinks. the fridge was restocked each day, i found this was a real bonus. the location is excellent, right next to a metro station and within walking distance to the train station.
i asked to borrow a two-pin to three-pin converter for the sockets, but i was asked to give a €20 cash deposit to borrow it, i didn't have cash. i was not able to borrow one and they would not put it on the room.

the outdoor pool provides a lovely spacious terrace with sun beds . breakfast includes a wide variety of food to choose from, there is always super fresh food and drinks. the hotel is stylish with modern decor.

this hotel is located near convenient public transport such as the airport bus. it is also near a tram and a tube station. the main sites of the city centre are only minutes away using inexpensive transport options so it is quick and easy.

disappointed with some aspects
poor air conditioningmissing amenities
i was somewhat disappointed . the air conditioning did not work properly in the room and made it uncomfortable i was unable to adjust the temperature to my liking. also, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a real drawback i expected these amenities to be standard especially since i paid extra for a double room with a terrace. it was like a necessary comfort was missing.

the decor felt luxurious. we had a double room and it was spacious and super clean. the pool was refreshing. the waiter, daniel, at breakfast was so kind and the food selection was amazing!!!
i had to give a €20 cash deposit to borrow a two pin to three pin converter. i did not have cash so i could not borrow one. i hired a car and they wanted to charge €25 per day to park it. it reminded me of a rip off!!!

the room was a comfort double room terrace city views it had tea and coffee facilities and a fridge the fridge included some drinks. the location is close to a metro station and within walking distance to the old town. the bed was very good it had a very good mattress.
the doors closed loudly making noise inside the hotel.
