The staff was both helpful and pleasant during meals. The hotel provided pleasant daily surprises for single occupancy guests, a good detail. Upgrading to All Inclusive was worth it. The hotel location is great. I found onsite parking to be very useful.

the room included a comfortable bed and air conditioning worked efficiently. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was noticeable and appreciated. i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (they were very responsive).
the spa access required an extra fee, which i found a bit unexpected.

the hotel offers multiple pools , including dedicated areas for children. the gym features three treadmills and also includes two stationary bikes. there is also a mini-golf available.
