The room was spacious and well kept. The air conditioning worked very well, really appreciated. The breakfast included with my stay offered a wide selection of options. I found many bars and restaurants located conveniently nearby.

The hotel is a short walk to the venue. This made getting around easy. The seafront is also easily accessible within a reasonable walking distance. A taxi rank located right outside provides additional transport options.

The room was a great size. the bathroom was nice, clean, and spacious. communal areas were nice and clean. the bar was reasonably priced. we could check in nice and early. This was a nice bonus. i found the large bedroom and bathroom very good. the staff was amazing and offered a wide choice of food.
the coffee cups weren't changed after room service came. i mentioned this to the front desk, but they didn't deal with it.

The reception staff was always available and ready to help with any request. the cleaning staff kept all areas super clean. Their attention to detail was noticeable. the restaurant staff was efficient and courteous.

broken acminimal support
The hotel AC seemed broken even with the thermostat set to cool the room stayed quite warm I never got that COOLING effect honestly. Also SOME expensive hotel was mistakenly taken by the maid staff when we informed the hotel they showed minimal interest and offered no support. I found this SUPER unhelpful.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

My room featured a giant television plus a comfortable sofa. I also found a lovely-sized balcony (perfect for enjoying the fresh air). The breakfast choices were extensive, though the dining area was quite busy during peak hours. The spacious pool areas offered plenty of seating for all guests.
There was no entertainment during my entire stay. The hotel staff mentioned the hotel was 'quiet'. The food buffet lacked heat and the choices were limited. This was again attributed to the hotel being less busy.

The location is excellent for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. It is a short walk to the main strip and the beginning of Levante Beach. This spot provides a balance between activity and a quieter environment.

The cleaning service was wonderful and efficient. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel ensured a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises (which I greatly admire).
