quick transfer daily cleanliness great variety
i stayed for a few nights and found the quick airport transfer very convenient. the hotel was very clean, and the staff maintained it daily. the all-inclusive food options offered great variety , i found the quality quite excellent. our son loved the kids' pool.

the buffet had many choices catering to various tastes , and the food was regularly replenished. the a la carte restaurants required reservations , however , it added a nice dining alternative to the buffet. drink service was prompt.

the hotel has a kids' pool area equipped with slides and water features , perfect for young children. the main pool area had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. the hotel provides direct access to the beach.

service ISSUES needed attention
unclean buffet impolite staff
This hotel experienced several problems . The restaurant buffet area wasn't kept clean. Tables remained uncleared. seagulls were all over the food and disturbed guests with children. THE staff seemed generally impolite on arrival. Good wines cost EXTRA, while house wines were undrinkable, also.

fantastic holiday
evening entertainment sandy beach friendly staff
the beach had amazing views and soft sand, it was very clean, the hotel is a few minutes' drive from the airport. the food was great. evening entertainment had fun shows, and the staff are friendly, we had premium products.
the shower water temperature changed, it went from warm to scalding. the terrible shower was very dangerous! unexpected hot bursts of water were a problem.

dirty pool undercooked chicken
the location was acceptable. it was close to necessary amenities.
the pool's cleanliness was disappointing. i noticed debris floating in it, and it often looked milky. the food quality was lacking. the buffet was repetitive, and the grilled chicken i tried was undercooked.

i found the rooms lovely and clean. pools were lovely, plenty of beds were around the pool. the staff was friendly. the food offered good variety. i enjoyed the 24-hour service.

the staff was cute! the housekeeping team kept my beautiful double room super clean.
The kids pool was located at a sister hotel. That was inconvenient. the main pool was overcrowded with close sunbeds, , made relaxation difficult.

i thought the staff were very friendly. the breakfast had lots of choice and was very good.
