The check-in process felt disorganized. ONLY one staff member was available, resulting in a significant wait without any apology or assistance offered for our luggage. The absence of music around the pool created a subdued atmosphere, and pre-show entertainment was honestly dreadful. It lacked energy. These issues impacted the overall experience negatively.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made everything easy. the pools were clean, with a plentiful supply of loungers always available. i especially appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast options, like the omelette station. i plan to return.
The air conditioning in my room did not go below 22 degrees celsius. Made it slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel offers four heated pools to enjoy. This includes ample sunbeds, so there are no early-morning rushes to reserve a spot. water dispensers are located in common areas, meaning that bottled water purchases are less necessary.

Breakfast includes a wide variety of foods. This ensures that there is something for every taste. takeaway coffees are also available during breakfast. i found the italian restaurant to be really good. It was the best restaurant i tried in the area.

The junior suite i booked was spacious and well-designed. the free safe and excellent shower are convenient. all rooms have a balcony. there are two sunbeds located on the balcony. This adds a touch of personal space.

i found the adult-only policy very relaxing it really set a tone of tranquility i especially enjoyed the ample sunbeds both on the patio and around the four pools the hotel maintained a super clean spacious environment from the moment i arrived until my departure
the wi-fi signal was inconsistent in certain areas it sometimes made streaming difficult i hope they resolve this issue soon as reliable internet is important for planning excursions and staying connected

The pillows were not comfortable (i read about the pillow menu too late). The wicker chairs in the restaurant were uncomfortable, especially in bare legs. Housekeeping missed our room a few times, despite the sign. The hair dryer took forever. It would cut out if i used the nozzle.

I just stayed several nights in a junior suite sea view and wow! the views were fine. housekeeping did a great job. My room was always clean and tidy. the pool area has several loungers, so i always found a spot.
the gym is small. it only has a few treadmills so sometimes i had to wait.

the hotel has four outdoor pools that are well-kept. i saw also a tennis court and a mini-golf area and a spa that had several treatment rooms available, so there are a lot of options.
