the architecture is excellent. the view toward la gomera, framed by palm trees, is quite nice. the staff was very nice. i found the hotel large, as it expanded over the years.
i found the pool area in need of some repairs. parts of the pool surfacing were missing. it was a trip hazard and unsightly. only three restaurants were open . the service was really slow.

The concierge arranged transportation and dinner reservations before our arrival.. This planning. Antonio and Estelle greeted us. They ensured a smooth check-in after a long trip. Francisco checked on us often to ensure we were enjoying our time.
I accidentally left a guard rail in my room, and i called multiple times. I emailed, and i raised a ticket, but no one called back.

The room was spacious, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed dust in corners and the bathroom floor did not seem properly cleaned. The restaurants were always fully booked. It seemed impossible to get a reservation without planning weeks in advance, a significant inconvenience.

The room included Diptyque toiletries I found this a special addition. The architecture included beautiful spaces both indoors and outdoors. The breakfast buffet had everything anyone could want I really appreciated this.
