Fantastic Stay With Excellent Service
spacious room comfortable beds fresh juice
I found the room spacious and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. The buffet offered a varied selection with themed nights. Fresh juice at breakfast stood out! I also loved that the hotel offered excellent activities during the day, such as mojito making.
The gym was small, and it seemed quite busy most mornings. I wish it was a bit bigger
Service
10/10
The staff worked hard to. There was a person named Nelly working in every area of the hotel. She was always cute and accommodating, eager to help guests.

short transfer friendly staff food variety
this resort is conveniently located near the airport, so travel time was very short. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated the daily cleaning service, it was very thorough. the variety of food choices was excellent, including many beverages, cocktails, and wines.
i found the pool tiles very slippery, especially when wet. i fell a few times. this seemed unsafe.
