mountain view infinity pool professional service immaculate landscaping friendly staff bad food cold fries unreplenished mini bar shower door
the mountain view from the infinity pool was excellent it provided a quiet private space. the landscaping throughout the hotel was immaculate adding to the luxurious feel. the staff was friendly and professional.
i found the food standard to be quite bad my burger had thumb prints in the bun and the fries were cold. the mini bar was not replenished which was disappointing. my room got flooded because of a badly designed shower door.

The villa was spacious. It had a lovely little private garden with plunge pool and river access. The rooftop pool bar and restaurant provided great service. I also enjoyed a fabulous breakfast each morning of my stay
Villa 23 was too close to the public jacuzzi. It was quite loud. People were shouting and I could hear the engine. There was no peace on my balcony because of this noise. The shower design was poor and the room flooded once

fantastic stay
attentive staff blackout curtains luxury stay highlight pools
the staff were attentive. the villa had electric blackout curtains and complimentary water was provided twice a day. it really seemed like a luxury stay from arrival to departure (i especially liked the thoughtful design). the room and pools were real highlights.
i found that the minibar was not always replenished, a small inconvenience.

the hotel is in a quiet area surrounded by lush greenery. it creates a peaceful atmosphere. the lack of noise contributed significantly to the relaxing nature of my stay.

the villa was spacious and very clean. the surrounding environment was beautifully maintained. the landscape was meticulously designed with many cultivated plants and amazing palms.

the manager daniela greeted us with a smile. she was very helpful in introducing the hotel. the porter and reception staff were very kind and helpful too (they anticipated my needs).

Acceptable Stay with Issues
considerable noise public jacuzzi
The breakfast was acceptable , with a decent selection of items.
The room was quite close to a public jacuzzi , so there was considerable noise. Guests were shouting and the engine was loud. I found it difficult to relax on the balcony because of this disturbance. I should have been informed about the vegetarian menu option.
