the rooms were spacious enough for my needs.
The pool maintenance was subpar. I noticed several missing tiles. this POSED a safety hazard, as some guests sustained cuts. the overall cleanliness of the pool area left much to be desired.

Underwhelming stay. Overrated facilities
salty fooduncleaned ashtrays
the staff seemed preoccupied with their 'unique' guests. i sliced my foot on a damaged umbrella stand, and they dismissed it as a minor issue. the buffet food was often cold and overly salty. the public areas were not very clean, and ashtrays were often overflowing. we will not be returning.

The pillows were too big, so hard to get comfortable. also, the minibar prices were way too high! i mean, seven euros for a small bottle of water? come on! and another thing, the tv remote didn't work properly. I had to press the buttons really hard, apply, twice.

charming stay at this serene hotel!

the hotel had grounds that were constantly maintained. staff members were friendly and approachable. the food was good and there were many vegetarian options. access to the promenade to maspalomas was very convenient. there was also a quiet pool, so i spent the majority of my time there. i felt very charmed by the constant attentiveness of the staff.
Acoustics in the room were rather poor. I could hear people walking around in the room above me. people passing the room could be heard talking, slightly disruptive. it wasn't terrible, but noticeable!

The hotel provides plentiful choices for breakfast and dinner, so you will find options to cater to your specific dietary requirements. I was quite charmed by how fresh all the ingredients were. there are a lot of great choices available.

the hotel is right on the beach and a short walk to shops, so you will not be far from anything you may need! this proximity offered easy access to the promenade for a good morning walk. i not sketchy at all walking around alone.

the hotel has perfect service, and the staff members are kind, offering help whenever possible. the staff approached me and asked if my needs were being met! they ensured i had a charming stay.

An Admirable Stay

The architecture had a beautiful design (I was certainly impressed). The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location was a quiet part of the promenade, close to many restaurants.
The hotel could improve signage. Getting to various amenities required navigating a maze.

Breakfast offered delicious choices with plenty of options. Dinner also presented good choices. Both were delicious. I especially enjoyed the variety and quality similar to the best restaurants (the paella was amazing!).

The personnel ensured guest comfort consistently. They were excellent and attentive at every part of the facility. Staff addressed gluten and dairy-free requests with notable attention. I noticed that most of the staff spoke multiple languages.
