the staff was customer focused. the entertainment program ran day and night. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. there were many high-quality restaurants. the resort offered a relaxing stay. i especially liked the music and the resort's overall energy.
the all inclusive offering was poor and did not feel worth the extra cost.

The room included a comfortable bed and unique decorations. I saw a jeans jacket and a picture of alice cooper on the walls. also, there were no waits at check in and check out, a detail i found helpful.

The breakfast featured many options to pick from. the hotel has generous spaces at the reception and pool areas. i noticed the staff smiled often and were always ready to help the tourists. The staff were AMAZING!!!

the breakfast buffet selection offered a large variety of options it was very good. the music volume was lower compared to the restaurant so conversation flowed easily. my room was clean and matched my expectations. i appreciated the shuttle bus providing a ride to las americas each morning. the local bus offered a return trip option for about 2.5 euros per person it's a good service.

I enjoyed the excellent beach clubs and rooms. Pools had plenty of seats. The staff were friendly. I liked the modern style and warmed swimming pool. My kids enjoyed the kids area. I found the ocean view and sunset view amazing from the top floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. The 471 bus provides easy access to Los Cristianos. The immediate area surrounding the hotel offers limited attractions, so transport is definitely a bonus.

Breakfast features a very diverse selection. Guests are able to create their ideal meal easily. I found the food tasty and good quality. There are several on-site restaurants. A pizzeria is also only a two-minute walk from the hotel.

The room was spacious. It featured a double sink and a bathroom with a shower. I found the cleanliness satisfactory. The bed was king size. Many soft, beautiful pillows were provided too.

The hotel offers three swimming pools plus a fourth children's pool for the youngest guests. The gym provided a space to maintain my exercise routine. Kids will enjoy the mini-club. It is open from 11:00 to 18:00 and has sufficient staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful generally. Ezequiel, who led the yoga, pilates, and aqua fit classes, was fantastic. I found the classes great and Ezequiel very knowledgeable and fun. This service enhanced the holiday.

the choice of swimming pools was lovely. the breakfast was really good. staff were friendly , especially the kitchen staff and cleaners. the music was great , especially the dj round the adult pool.
the cove beach at the hotel is gravel with a rocky bottom in the water. i managed to have good swims , but a shuttle bus is available. it takes fifteen minutes to reach a sandy beach if you wish.

The room was clean and it met my basic expectations. It wasn't lovely. But it was acceptable.
The main issue I had was with the noise. It was constantly loud. The music played late into the night made it difficult to sleep. I found it challenging to relax at any time because of that loudness.
