The rooms were immaculate, a detail I value.
I was frustrated by the lack of variety in vegetarian options, it was quite disappointing. The gym's opening hours were also inconvenient. It wasn't accessible during the times I wanted to exercise. This made it difficult to maintain my routine.

I had a suite and it included a decent size sunny balcony. the room was cleaned daily. Linens were fresh. breakfast had a varied choice of items to suit everyones taste, also evening meals were themed offering good choice with quality ingredients.
i noticed a light switch falling off the wall in my suite.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They promptly assisted with all my requests. The breakfast and dinners offered a nice variety of cuisines each day. I particularly enjoyed the themed nights. It was also good that the hotel doesn't allow reserving sunbeds before 9 a.m. I did have to pay extra for the safe in my room though.
I found the availability of water at night to be limited in the room.

The room had large, comfortable beds and provided a nice vibe. It was cleaned thoroughly, contributing to a pleasant stay. The room also included fresh, large towels daily, a nice touch.

The breakfast offered an excellent choice of fresh products every morning. Dinners were very good with a wide selection to choose from. The staff were attentive and food was replaced quickly when running low, which I found to be excellent.

The hotel had a great location near bars and shops on the main street. I was also pleased it was a short walk to the beach. The area was quite lively, providing easy access to all amenities.

The pool area was great and included Balinese beds available for rent. There was live entertainment every evening outside in the pool bar area. The hotel maintained a super clean environment, with cleaners consistently maintaining all areas.

poor mealwater access
The evening meal was a real letdown. I ate there only twice, it was not worth paying for the all-inclusive option. Water was only available at reception, I only got one bottle upon arrival. I never seen that before with all-inclusive deals, usually water is replenished in the fridge. The sunbeds situation was also poor and very crowded, they would all be gone by 9:05 am. It is not great when you spend a lot of money to relax by the pool.
