decent stay with minor issues
clogged sink warm water
the sink in the bathroom was clogged. i informed the staff about this issue for two consecutive days, but it remained unresolved. also, there was no warm water available for several hours each day. these issues detracted from the overall experience.

wide variety beachfront location
the hotel boasts a beachfront location with plentiful sun loungers. the breakfast included a wide variety of options (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
The gym schedule had limited hours for complimentary access. After 9:30 am to 12:30 pm or required an extra fee.

Wonderful experience
excellent location evening music clean areas
I found the location excellent with the promenade and beach nearby. I enjoyed the music each evening from 8 to 11 pm. The pools and slides were good. The hotel had nice general areas that were spacious and clean.
The check-in took about 50 minutes. Staff seemed overworked. I wanted to exchange money, but the employee didn't want to count the till, so I had to walk a while to find an exchange place.

The Double Room Sea View included a balcony. The room included fresh water bottles every day by the cleaning service. The hotel ensures rooms are cleaned daily providing a tidy environment.

the staffs was kind. i appreciate the food, it was fresh. i liked that there was always a different meal every day, and that the rooms was clean. i got water every day and , made me really happy.
the bedroom was not good cleaned, i didn't like that. the receptionist charged a city tax and the price was over. they admit scamming me when i ask refund. i noticed stacked chairs on the beach too, they was unusable.

The room had a garden view. This was relaxing. there was also a fridge and kettle in the room. room service delivered food promptly when i ordered it.
the elevators were rather slow.
