vast choicesclueless staffbig invoice
Breakfast was tasty. I found vast choices available of Moroccan and European dishes, all nicely presented and delicious.
During check in, the staff seemed pretty clueless. They did not realize my room was prepaid. They then gave me a big invoice to sign, I almost went along with it. Housekeeping needed prompting too. The card I hung outside for room service was never noticed. I had to call each time.

the gym has lots of equipment i love. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the gardens are gorgeous. you will find very diverse and harmonious plantings there. the buffet restaurant is amazing it has tasty french and moroccan food. i enjoyed the pretty candles at dinner it was romantic.
the hotel is a little far from everything i think. it is slightly out of the way.

the minibar prices were insane. a water bottle cost €14 which seemed ridiculous (even for a hotel) considering the location. outside food was also not allowed.

lahoucine made our breakfast special with excellent service. i also appreciate the hotel's location directly on the beach. the recently renovated rooms feel fresh and luminous. the hotel has beautiful gardens that provide private spaces with comfortable sofas.
the air conditioning in our room was not cooling adequately, making our stay less comfortable.

the hotel features multiple pools including one heated pool and a spa area that offer various treatments. there is also a private beach area with loungers and direct access to the ocean. the architecture is fabulous and the landscape is serene.

The pools featured serene landscaped gardens extending to a generous private beach. It was very relaxing. i found khalil, the guest relations manager, hospitable. He provided excellent service. the thalassa spa offered numerous treatments like hydrotherapy and seawater pools including aqua-beds, i loved that.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. It provided easy access to the sand. the hotel is positioned at the end of the beach promenade. It is slightly away from the busier areas. the nearby baie des palmiers features many four and five-star hotels.

The staff were professional and accommodating. This contributed to a smooth stay. mohamed and lahoucine stood out during breakfast. They assisted with dietary requests. adil did turndown every evening. He was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has multiple pools. One pool was heated for comfortable swimming. there is an amazing gymnasium with a good range of equipment, i spent a lot of time there. the onsite la plage restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff too!

The room included a nice fruit bowl and sweet pastries, what a lovely touch. plenty of water was provided. This was replenished every day. the room featured a sea view and a big balcony though it was smaller than expected

The service was lacking. It took considerable time to receive a menu, and then I had to ask again for drink orders. Food arrived after an unreasonable delay. The hotel did not attempt to address the issues or offer an apology, nor were any adjustments made to the bill. This is not acceptable.

the hotel gardens are beautiful and lead to the beach bar.
the dinner buffet had missing labels, and my husband almost ate brain tagine. i mistook mushroom soup as fish soup. it was a bit alarming and we had to ask the chefs for assistance.
