The pools featured serene landscaped gardens extending to a generous private beach. It was very relaxing. i found khalil, the guest relations manager, hospitable. He provided excellent service. the thalassa spa offered numerous treatments like hydrotherapy and seawater pools including aqua-beds, i loved that.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. It provided easy access to the sand. the hotel is positioned at the end of the beach promenade. It is slightly away from the busier areas. the nearby baie des palmiers features many four and five-star hotels.

The staff were professional and accommodating. This contributed to a smooth stay. mohamed and lahoucine stood out during breakfast. They assisted with dietary requests. adil did turndown every evening. He was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has multiple pools. One pool was heated for comfortable swimming. there is an amazing gymnasium with a good range of equipment, i spent a lot of time there. the onsite la plage restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff too!

The room included a nice fruit bowl and sweet pastries, what a lovely touch. plenty of water was provided. This was replenished every day. the room featured a sea view and a big balcony though it was smaller than expected

The service was lacking. It took considerable time to receive a menu, and then I had to ask again for drink orders. Food arrived after an unreasonable delay. The hotel did not attempt to address the issues or offer an apology, nor were any adjustments made to the bill. This is not acceptable.

the hotel gardens are beautiful and lead to the beach bar.

the dinner buffet had missing labels, and my husband almost ate brain tagine. i mistook mushroom soup as fish soup. it was a bit alarming and we had to ask the chefs for assistance.
