The room had a spacious design. It included comfy beds. Maids created animal figures with the bedding. The hotel pools were clean, and I noticed cleaning every morning.
The announcements were mainly in german SO english speakers were lost. Entertainment was mostly modified disco music. This did not begin until late at night so there was not much to do in the evening.

i appreciated the spacious resort with direct access to a private beach fresh towels were readily available for both the spa and beach areas there was also a textile sauna with garden views i also liked the sunbeds always available by the large outdoor pool. the housekeeping staff maintained fantastic cleanliness our room was always well cleaned.
the initial bottle of water in the room was not replenished daily i needed to get additional bottles from the bars it would be nice if they provided more water in the rooms regularly.

the room was spacious there was plenty of storage plus many plug sockets including some with usb ports the bathroom provided soap shower gel dressing gowns and slippers. towels were changed daily. beds were made every day.

the hotel's position allows easy access to the beach it sits at the quieter end of the bustling beach front it is flanked by sand dunes giving it a more secluded and tranquil feel . gardens were maintained very well.

the restaurant provided an excellent variety of food daily i saw the staff freshly preparing some dishes directly in front of guests the buffet service food was high quality overall the dining experience was very excellent. the cheese board was nice with plentiful fruit.

my visit was short, it was lovely! the team provided excellent service. khadija at reception handled reservation changes well! snacks in the room upon our late arrival were a great touch. i hope to return!
the hotel lacked coffee facilities in the rooms, a feature i slightly missed.

The staff was generally attentive and helpful! i saw quick responses to requests at the front desk. the bar staff efficiently managed drink orders and maintained a clean environment. cleaning services were provided daily. This kept the rooms tidy.

The room featured a spacious layout with well kept furnishings. it included two comfortable double beds and a large private balcony. the bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower and provided ample toiletries. storage space was sufficient. It included a closet and drawers.

The main restaurant offered a diverse buffet, with international cuisine. It included many options. fresh fruit and pastries were available during breakfast and dinner. there were live cooking stations for custom-prepared dishes. service was prompt. They cleared tables efficiently.

the hotel had a large outdoor pool area, including separate zones for adults and children! the fitness center included treadmills and weight machines! the beach was easily accessible with many loungers! evening entertainment featured live music and shows!
