woo-hoo, a stay to remember!
friendly staffgood foodgreat locationamazing room
the staff was amazing. they speak lots of languages, including polish. it was easy to find help. my room, number 606, was nicer than other hotels. i felt safe. the food was so good. this hotel is the best. the location is wonderful i could not stop smiling.
it was pretty awesome anyway!

two pools were available, one quiet and one with activities. the family pool included music. the location is push chair friendly. i got to see so many activities for the children and lovely families.

the main restaurant had good fish meals. it includes moroccan and international meals. breakfast was a feast, lots of choice. i really enjoyed the food every day. there were lots of things to eat for me and my children.

this hotel is right on the beach. it had access to a long strand of the atlantic. the garden was beautiful, full of life and colors. i spent time walking and discovering new places. it was great, i loved the location.

the location is convenient for accessing the promenade it is near stores
room service was a joke they didn't seem to understand what i wanted it was like they were speaking a different language also the rooms weren't that clean and the bathroom had this weird smell like old socks i could not get rid of the odor

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had fresh options and a wide variety. the gym was a bit tired, i will admit. breakfast and dinner were also amazing, fresh with plenty of choice.
the service was lacking. many staff members lacked basic customer service skills. most did not speak good english and seemed annoyed when i asked. entertainment staff were pushy, a bit too much for my taste.

The staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. I felt they were really good. the cleanliness of my room was noticeable, and the pool area was sparkly clean too.
the wifi signal dropped sometimes, making it a little frustrating.

My kids loved both the pools and the easy beach access! there were plenty of restaurants close by, so grabbing a bite was never a problem. i really appreciated how well the gardens were kept. They looked fantastic.
the gym was tired and needs updates. i found it hard to get a good workout there with the old equipment.

breakfast offered fresh juice mixed from fruit and water, very refreshing! dinner included european and local dishes with flavorful seasoning, excellent. i loved that there was a solid selection of food there.

the pools were a hit with my kids, especially with the animation team. we all enjoyed badminton, table tennis, and other sports during the day. the evening entertainment included karaoke and dancing, very fun for everyone.

the hotel grounds were quite spacious. the gardens were pretty and full of palm trees. it was a pleasant experience to walk around the greenery. my room was cleaned every day, and i appreciated the fresh towels. security at the front and back of the hotel.
