a surprisingly pleasant experience!
well-kept room spacious room various choices
i found my room to be well-kept and spacious (it really exceeded my expectations). i liked the variety of choices at breakfast. i especially enjoyed the views from the upper floors. i noticed staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

attentive staff amazing view good options
The staff were friendly. I had a Premium Room Sea View, and the views were Really good. The on-site restaurant offered a good array of options. There was something for everyone.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

mountain view multiple pools tennis club
My room on the tenth floor provided views of the mountains. Relaxing facilities included multiple pools and a jacuzzi. I appreciated the location near the Royal Tennis Club. Access to the beach was simple with a walk to the marina.
The check-in process was slow, requiring manual form completion.

The hotel is situated a short walk from the beach and a shopping area. A walk after dinner was convenient because of this proximity. It made the evenings quite enjoyable with easy access.

The staff provided excellent service overall, and the reception team was available. The breakfast service had friendly staff. The team ensured a positive start to each day. I appreciated their consistent assistance
